Last Orders Documentary
Last Orders is a short documentary that I created based on the dying culture of pubs and markets in Manchester. This project was created in University as a mini brief where we had to document some form of local culture or heritage. At the time, I had never made a documentary-style video before, so it was shot with basic equipment that I could borrow and find. I used a Nikon D3200 (18-55mm Kit Lens), lightweight tripod and a cheap Rode shotgun mic with editing taking place in Premiere.
